I got the green fire before WoD went live but after the prepatch. The prepatch removed the threat drop on gateway and my poor lock wasn't super geared. This is the single hardest thing I ever did in the game.

i will always hate Blizzard for taking my Zin'rokh away. i was a wierdo and had the sword on my ret pally since it was super cool looking. it sat in my bank forever until Cata came along and it was changed into the BoA version. in my bank there was a spot missing and the GMs never gave it back.

I remember getting the first saytr’s spaulders on my rogue during my 2nd run of the emerald nightmare. Didn’t even know they were a possible drop and everyone in the raid was geeking out that I got them. I got taeschalac on my warrior main during my first run of Argus. Good times

Got Scarab Lord only because my friend, who had talked me into playing WoW, was in a good guild. I had only been playing for about 4 months at the time. Its always good to bring a crowd 😂

God I love these, it makes the game feel so much more deep and alive, I never would have noticed all this stuff by myself and it actually makes me more excited to log in and just enjoy the world. Thank you :)

Maan they had so much good quality ideas they were working on back then, and over time everything got abandoned in flavor of meta endgame spam spam max dps lets go more more easy give all powers all class lets go bois its time to farm new expansion raids etc etc

I got arena master in shadowlands when i got 2200 in 2v2 coming back for the game. Not that common now a days and unobtainable for new accs

As the saying goes any “lists” of best/worse games, movies, music, etc. are opinions and as such subjective. To that end I wholly disagree this videos rankings as someone who’s played every starting zone more than once (and some probably more than a hundred times lol) over 19 years playing the game. For me elwynn forest is the best starting zone hands down. The aesthetics the music the quest flow the story. Of course I like the old school version better than today’s version but still no other starting zone gives me better vibes. The worgen zone is horrible btw I hate it. So I was doing massive eye rolls at this videos praise of it. But I also hate worgen . Not that were wolves aren’t cool but it’s one thing I think blizzard did a crap job on o how how they look in this game.

One of my favorites for my holy priest was the Mooncloth robe.

When I first started playing WoW (Towards the end of MoP) I was a Paladin, and saw another Paladin in Stormwind rocking the Judgement set. I spent MONTHS after that grinding out every piece of the set (It could have probably been done so much faster, but I was a noob and didn't know better back then.) To this day, the Judgement set is the only set I wear on my Paladin, even on new Paladin alts I've made over the years!

Definitely think Underrot has no place on this list, my absolute most hated dungeon of that season. All the others either I agree with or haven't played.

Good video! I would take out thundering though and swap it with infested, the seasonal affix from BFA season 1. Also for quaking I would move that up 1-2 spots because I think you forgot the most annoying part about it. Back in BfA quaking wasn’t only restricted to in combat, and it hit really hard, so generally after a few pulls when your healer needed mana you had to sit and drink and you could get hit with a quaking that interrupted your drink while the dps tried frantically to top themselves with food since the healer was OOM.

I cannot think of any worse affixes than Incorporeal/Afflicted. Not only does this force some kind of trust in players (especially pugs) to actually handle the affix by investing in specific talents just to stop them, but it also makes a few to several classes completely undesirable for the week. Warriors and Rogues especially have it rough, having no cures for Afflicted and their solutions for Incorporeal don't have the cooldowns to counter every wave.

There's the helmet that the hazmat gnomes wear in the Gnomeregan dungeon. There is one recolor that is the Goblin Rocket Helmet, but only that, and it's restricted as a Cloth & Engineering transmog. The Rocket Helmet obtained in a quest in Area 52 was once a helmet that had this appearance and could be worn as a helmet, but it's since been demoted to being a toy instead. I'd like to see this red helmet make a return as a proper appearance item.

Im pretty sure at the begining it required all of the dungeons to get the tittle, not "one or more". Although cool video, heating up memories (y)

The Insane title I obtained before Cata , requiring Shendralar rep in DM. That was RARE. Same with Loremaster obtained the first months, requiring 730 Kalimdor quests, requiring quests from the AQ40 gate quest line, that WAS RARE.

I’ll bet that those tier 2 recolours are for Season of Discovery.

There was a beautiful blue and white robe with a vaguely Asian aesthetic that dropped (from Scarlet Monastery, IIRC) early in MoP (I think. It was so long ago...) I immediately farmed it up because it was so gorgeous, but it got replaced with a completely different look after a few weeks. I was always bummed about that.

I want tyrande’s night warrior outfit. Maybe not exactly but something similar cuz my character has the night warrior eyes :3
